Our fascination with Pizza Ovens started many years ago with our first custom made oven. This lead to a partnership with a major supplier in the north of England where through collaboration we designed and manufactured moulds so that they could manufacture an effective cast two piece kit - this has been really popular and they now have multiple moulds to keep up with demand! We are now in a position to supply our own kits after being involved in years of development behind the scenes. In addition we can provide new firebricks, slabs and arches to help you design, produce and insulate your own home projects. The design above was our first attempt and very effective. However, we have learnt along the way and suggest that you research many 'self builds' to get a feel for which designs suit you. One recommendation in hindsight is to build in expansion gaps and allow your slab to move. Some cracking is inevitable in all pizza ovens (including cast) due to the high temperatures involved.
